How it works

A deliberate last look before fulfilment.

PackLock adds one short confirmation at the point where it can still prevent a wrong shipment.

When Shopify routing completes, PackLock places a native Hold on each eligible physical shipping fulfilment order.

Open the Station Link, find the order, then Tick each item with its full quantity and order note visible.

Completing the Pack Check returns the order to normal fulfilment and records a Completion Marker.

Bookmark one signed Station Link on the packing phone or tablet. Regenerate it at any time.

If line items change after a completed Pack Check, PackLock places a fresh Hold and asks for a new check.

A merchant can always release the native Hold in Shopify admin. PackLock records that Override and does not fight it.
